PYROFANIA COMPLEX

The House is one of 50 houses built in a 30.000 sq.meters beach front Estate in Fourka,Chalkidiki.Buildings cover 10 percent of the land,the rest is covered by grass,trees,plants and flowers.The Western part of the Estate 130 meters long is the beach.The House is beach front ,overlooking the sea sand beach,Thermaikos bay , mount Olympous and the sunset behind it.Distance from the beach is around 40 meters,walking through the garden.The House is fully functional and equiped with a regular refrigarator,a smaller one,a freezer a dish washer,a kitchen stove and an oven,siver,glasses and plates of all kinds. In front there is a veranda ovrlooking the sea.All furniture needed for Internal and external use exist.The House was renovated in 2009. The village is 5-6 min. walking distance away from Fourka village where a Market for everything exists,along with many restaurants,bars etc.
