Modern, full of light Feel the Sea Studio with a breathtaking view, located on the 3d Floor of the villa and has a private outside entrance. The Studio has a total area of 56 sq.m. and two large terraces. The terrace with sea view has a total area of 35 sq.m. and the back garden view terrace has a total area of 15 sq.m. At guests’ disposal there is a barbecue. Feel the Sea Studio can accomodate with comfort up to 4 persons. There is a an extra-large king-size double bed and large folding sofa-bed in the bedroom area. An inner dining area has a table and the chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with toilet and shower has free toiletries. The studio is equipped with everything that necessary for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric stove, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery washing machine, ironing facilities, AC, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV etc. At the entrance of the villa there is free private parking for two cars. Panorama full-length windows and a big terrace with sun lounges, chairs and a table let you enjoy an impressive view of the Aegean Sea and nearby islands. There is a big garden view balcony and BBQ at the back. The studio was designed with the idea of a large open space, without barriers, in a minimalist style, to enjoy the magnificent view and the healing sea air. The studio is located in the mansard and thanks to the unusual configuration of the roof that rises to the sea, a stunning bird eye sea view opens up. Feel the Sea Studio located in Palio Tsifliki (Kavala), an unusually picturesque seaside village surrounded by mountains in the back and mostly built up with modern private villas. Palio is close to the city of Kavala on one side, and the beautiful and famous beaches of Ammolofi and the traditional villages of Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos on the other.
