Central Apartment right next to Acropolis !

AMA: 00000737994 Located in the heart of Athens, this 55 sqm apartment is ideal for every taste! Right next to Acropolis, in a short distance of the most important historical sites of Athens, shopping areas and all touristic attractions. It is fully furnished, with fresh linens & towels provided. It can comfortably accommodate 1-4 people. There is one double bed plus one big couch that turns into a double bed. IMPORTANT NOTICES: In case you are 2 families that want to book and spend the holidays together, there is another apartment under the name " Unique Acropolis View Apartment " which is en suite next-door apartments. The cleaning fee is charged for the cleaning after your check-out, in order to be able to deliver the apartment to the next guest in the same condition it was when you received it. There are free Greek SIM cards available upon request. In case of a same-day booking, a four-hour notice before your arrival is necessary. In case you are a large group and wish to stay close to each other, we have another apartment right next to this one and we could accommodate in total up to 8 guests. If you are interested please ask me about that and I will provide you with the appropriate airbnb link. The charge for babies and kids is the same as that of an adult. For this reason, if there are children, you shall include them in the number of adult guests. The check-in time is between 15:00 - 21:00. There is a waiting period of 30 minutes after the agreed check in time between us and the guests. We ask for the guest's flight details in order to track the flight and avoid any inconveniences of possible delays. If you are having any emergency delay please inform us 1 hour before the arranged check-in and we will be happy to accommodate you. If we do not have any prior notice, there will be an extra charge depending on the case. Early check-in benefit is provided in special circumstances with an extra early/late check-in fee - 10€ for after 21.00 and until 23.00, then 20€ from 23.00 until 09.00 and 10€ (09:00-10:00) - which is independent of the extra accommodation fee (half-day rate). So if you want to be sure for early check-in, you don't have to take the risk of the last minute notice; your check-in day in your reservation must be the previous one of your arrival day. However, in case of a same-day check-out, the check-in of the new guests will be possible only when the apartment is cleaned. A fee of 30€ is charged for check-in and check-out on the previous, same and next day of Christmas (24th, 25th, and 26th of December), New Year's Eve (31st of December), New Year's Day (1st of January), Epiphany (6th of January), on August 15th (The Dormition of Virgin Mary), on 17th of June (Holy Spirit Day) and on all the Greek National Holidays, such as 25th of March (Greek Independence Day) and the 28th of October (The anniversary of ‘NO’), which is independent of the extra fees for the early/late check-in and check-out. Regarding the Orthodox Easter, the fee applies for Friday-Saturday-Easter Day and Easter Monday (25,26,27,28,29 of April). For those days, early and late check-ins will only be possible after contacting me for confirmation. NOTICE !! If you are planning for a very early/ late check-in please inform us in your request BEFORE we accept it, so as you have agreed with the extra fees !! If your stay is longer than 1 week you will have to cover and will be charged with an additional cleaning cost with a cleaning lady allocated by us. During the Orthodox Easter Period ( 25,26,27,28,29 of April) the apartment will only be available for reservations of 4nights and more. There is also an extra charge of 100€ in case you lose the entrance key card. EXTRA SECURITY IS OFFERED BY THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERA EXISTING OUT OF THE FLOOR DOOR OF THE APARTMENT AND RECORDING EVERYONE ENTERING AND EXITING IT. You are kindly requested during your stay when you are outside and before your departure, to turn off the air condition, the hot water and also the lights! Keep in mind that, in accordance with the Greek Regulation Law, prior to your arrival, you will need to provide us through the platform personal details such as full name, passport number or your VAT number(ΑΦΜ ). In case that the guest is not the person who made the reservation, we will need their full name and their telephone number. In order for us to be in good terms with our legal obligations, we still need the details of the profile that the reservation was booked. You may find a detailed map and a folder with suggestions for visiting the most important archaeological sites and museums, tips for shopping, lunch, and dinner. We are always prepared and happy to assist you with organizing short excursions and day-trips tips and provide information about the neighborhood and greater Athens, suggestions for further sightseeing, and, of course, entertainment and nightlife! During your stay in this beautiful apartment, you can visit the Acropolis Museum, The Acropolis-Parthenon, The Odeon Herodion, the Plaka district, Syntagma Square and the Parliament, the temple of Olympian Zeus and more, which are all walk distance from the apartment!
