Kypsa is a newly renovated villa , located between Elani and Sani area next to the well know beach Megali Kypsa or Chelona Beach, in a secluded location, featuring a private pool and providing unique moments in nature.
The villa offers a large garden, with a private pool, a small football court in the back of the garden for kids to play, an organized beach is only a five minute walk from the house, providing sunbeds, umbrellas and bar service.The villa is split into two floors.
In the ground floor as you entere the villa you will notice the large living room offering a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra of two guests.There is the kitchen fully equipped with all the modern commodities.In the ground floor you will also find one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and one bathroom.Moving on to the 1 st floor, there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom,one more double bedroom and outside of those a shared bathroom.
For the transportation in and out of the villa a car is mandatory, the closest villages are Kallithea, Siviri and Afytos all of the above are approximatly a 10-15 minute drive.
